Treatment Request Status

You can define up to 100,000 statuses for treatment requests.

To customize Treatment Request Status

In the Practice Definitions dialog box, in the Definition Type list, select Treatment Request Status.

The corresponding definitions appear in the list to the right.

Do any of the following:

If there are fewer than 100,000 definitions, to add a definition, do the following:

With any definition selected, replace the existing text the Definition Text  box.

Click Add.

Notes:

This button is available only if there are not already 100,000 definitions.

The new definition appears in the list alphabetically.

To edit a custom definition, do the following:

Select a custom definition.

Note: Changing the definition for a treatment request status affects all treatment requests with that status assigned to them.

Replace the existing text the Definition Text  box.

Click Change.

Note: The Change button is available only if a custom definition is selected. If a default system definition is selected, the button is labeled "Read Only" and is not available.

To delete a custom definition, do the following:

Select a custom definition.

Note: Delete the definition for a treatment request status if you know that it is not assigned to any treatment requests. If you re-add a deleted treatment request status definition (a definition with the same ID), any treatment requests that had that status assigned to them when the definition was deleted will still have that status assigned to them whether or not it has the same name as before.

Click Delete.

Note: The Delete button is available only if a custom definition is selected. If a default system definition is selected, the button is not available.

A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.
